We manufacture glass reinforced / FRP Filament wound profiles by filament winding process, the composite profile is produced by winding resin impregnated glass roving on a rotating mandrel.
This process is carried out using a automatic HMI controlled / CNC machine

- Hoop winding and cross winding for better functional properties.
- FRP filament wound parts can be made to meet electrical, chemical, general engineering applications.
- Designed and manufactured to Perform in various environments such as low/ high temperature, acidic/alkaline environments.
- The FRP tubes and cylinders can be machined to accurate dimensions as per the customer drawings.
- Any colour desired can be imparted onto the filament wound FRP tubes and cylinders.

Generally used as insulation around conductors, bolts and drive shafts for various electrical equipment such as power and distribution transformers , switchgears, tap changers.
FRP / GRP Cylinders
We manufacture FRP/GRP filament wound Cylinders by filament winding process using fiberglass as a main reinforcement includes usage of various resin systems of epoxies and polyesters.
FRP Cylinders are used in Dr type and Oil type transformer industries for insulating and power transfer applications.
FRP / Epoxy Slip Rings
We manufacture FRP/ Epoxy Slip rings for MV/HV Motors and generators for insulation purposes.
