We manufacture moulded epoxy resin cast insulators, bushings and other types of castings by pressure gelation process that are widely used in Transformers, switchgears, AC & DC machines , Railways and other electrical industries.
Epoxy castings conform to various grades of NEMA, ASTM, IS, IEC, DIN Or customer specific Standards with an advantage of in-house design team and a tool room facility available any type of Custom epoxy casting can be developed.

We are equipped with a Pressure Gelation system capable of manufacturing quality Epoxy/FRP castings and bushings used as insulators/bushings in Electrical systems for F class and H class systems.
The pressure gelation system comprises degassing vacuum chambers for mixing and semi-automatic hydraulic clamping devices for clamping the moulds. The equipment is monitored and controlled by appropriate gauges and controls for ensuring a homogeneous mix devoid of moisture.
Epoxy systems are generally Huntsman and fiberglass reinforcements are Owens coring make.
Epoxy Insulator
We manufacture Epoxy Insulators by pressure gelation method. The epoxy insulators are manufactured by casting epoxy resin-hardners in a specified mixing ratio to achieve the required functional parameters.
Epoxy insulators find their main application in transformers, switchgears and other electrical machines to withstand/resistance applied voltages, breakdown voltages and other electrical and thermal functional parameters.
The epoxy insulators are manufactured with F class or H class resin systems as required and can meet the voltage requirements upto 33Kv.
Epoxy Terminal Bushings
We manufacture Epoxy Terminal bushings or CT Epoxy Terminals by pressure gelation method. The epoxy terminal bushings are manufactured by casting epoxy resin-hardeners in a specified mixing ratio to achieve the required functional parameters. The Epoxy Terminals can be pre-casted with brass/MS/SS-inserts as per customer’s requirement.

We manufacture Epoxy terminal holders by pressure gelation method. They are manufactured by casting epoxy resin-hardeners in a specified mixing ratio to achieve the required functional parameters however to increase the mechanical strength they can be casted with Fibreglass Matt or rovings .
